Professional Background
In 1987 began his career as a Law Clerk with Ramirez & Associates, P.C. assisting the Firm’s attorneys on corporate, litigation and transactional matters, and became an associate attorney upon becoming licensed in 1990, and is currently a Partner and Vice President in the law firm Ramirez & Associates, P.C., with offices in Dallas and Mexico City.

- Corporate and Business Entities
Advising on, forming, structuring, updating and counseling on all legal aspects of corporations, joint ventures, partnerships and other forms of business entities for doing business internationally, in interstate commerce and in Texas.
- Financial and Commercial
Negotiating and documenting business agreements, sales transactions, secured and unsecured loans and other financial arrangements; advising on and documenting all aspects of doing business in Texas and interstate commerce.
- Civil Litigation
Handling domestic and international litigation and arbitration of matters in its related areas of practice, including business disputes and real estate litigation; and, as consulting counsel, providing litigation support services on international procedural and enforcement aspects, to other counsel.

Structures and documents commercial real estate transactions representing either buyers or sellers, including their aspects of construction and financing.

Advising and representing Texas independent school districts in the areas of: Special Education and Section 504, both in compliance and litigation matters; real property acquisitions both by contract and by eminent domain proceedings; and damage defense litigation generally.
