Has been engaged in the private practice of law since becoming licensed in Texas in December 1965 and is currently the Senior Partner in the law firm of Ramirez & Associates, P.C., with offices in Dallas and Mexico City.

• He practices primarily in the areas of law governing: international trade, transactions and business operations; real estate sales and transactions, including eminent domain, and establishing domestic and international sales and relationships.
• He also handles litigations related to his areas of practice, and often is associated as consulting counsel to other law firms on litigations involving international and transnational issues.
