Has been engaged in the private practice of law since becoming licensed in Texas in December 1965 and is currently the Senior Partner in the law firm of Ramirez & Associates, P.C., with offices in Dallas and Mexico City.

Principal Areas of Practice

  • He practices primarily in the areas of law governing: international trade, transactions and business operations; real estate sales and transactions, including eminent domain, and establishing domestic and international sales and relationships.
